Roisin and Mike first met in Abu Dhabi in March 2021 and quickly found that everything between them felt easy. Their first date at Glo, the rooftop bar at The Rosewood, set the tone with great conversation, simple chemistry, and the sense that neither of them wanted the evening to end. 

A second date followed soon after with a walk that lasted two hours and caused mild panic among Roisin’s friends when she left her phone in the car. Their relationship became official during a staycation at Telal Desert Resort just two months later.
