For anyone travelling to our wedding, we recommend arranging your airport transfer in advance.
Our wedding planner has recommended a local transfer company that offers a range of vehicle sizes, making it easy for guests travelling together to share the journey.
Example prices (one way):
7-seater: €130 (up to 7 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage) – approximately €19 per person
19-seater minibus: Approximately €275 – around €15 per person
22-seater minibus: Approximately €300 – around €14 per person
Larger vehicles are also available if needed. Many of our guests are arriving on the same flights, so sharing a transfer is a great way to keep costs down and make the journey to the hotel as easy as possible.

A 4-seater uber taxi is approximately €160 from the airport to the hotel one way. A 6-seater uber van is approximately €200 from the airport to the hotel one way.
Hiring a car is another great option if you'd like to explore the beautiful Andalusian countryside during your stay. All major car hire companies operate from Málaga Airport, and free parking is available at Hotel La Viñuela. We booked our car hire through https://www.orbitcarhire.com/
Our wedding venue, B bou Hotel la Viñuela & Spa, is located 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. We have exclusive use of the entire venue during the wedding dates.
As part of a package deal we’ve negotiated with the hotel, rooms are available at a significantly reduced rate, ensuring you can enjoy the full wedding experience we’ve planned.

The rooms are a mix of doubles and family rooms, all featuring balconies. We’ll help allocate rooms based on your needs and pair up guests traveling alone.

The hotel will be in touch with those who have confirmed on-site accommodation directly to arrange payments. This is expected to be sometime at the end of August.
While we have chosen a venue with as many rooms as possible to accommodate the majority of our guests, unfortunately not everyone will be able to stay on site. Please do not worry, there are plenty of accommodation options nearby, all of which can be found on Booking.com or similar platforms.
If you are staying nearby, we would still love to see you at the wedding venue on the other days and have you fully involved in the celebrations. You are also very welcome to use the hotel facilities during your visit.
